Unfortunately, most people don't realize that... Unfortunately, most people don't realize that...

Caffeine is NOT fuel.

Food is calories, calories = fuel.

Fueling yourself in a way to encourage sustained energy is ideal for lots of Mommas out there

Depending on caffeine for energy will lead you to need more and more just to get through the day.

Sound like you?

Legit, made my program for burnt out moms living on caffeine, dry shampoo, and a dream 😘

Why?

Because it was me!

I got to a point where it wasn't sustainable and was negatively impacting my mental health.

I was short tempered, always tired, and felt like I was on a hamster wheel of task after task just to fall asleep and do it again the next day.

We get down to the root cause so we can stop these symptoms from happening instead of covering them up!

If this sounds like you, you should probably check out my program video.

So, say it again with me

Caffeine is caffeine, not fuel!

The best diet is the one you can stick with.

The one that makes you feel the best...

Meaning, not really a diet at all.

Just eating, foods you like, that make you feel good.🤯

Your needs are different than the next person's, and the only way to get a personalized plan is to

Meet with a qualified nutrition professional.

I like to have a variety... A variety of foods av I like to have a variety...

A variety of foods available making sure my kids know that here aren't any Good or Bad foods.

I also genuinely just LOVE trying new foods and well...eating🤪

Like a lot of people who have a strong family history of Diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or autoimmune diseases, I also want to take care of my body.

If that also sounds like you, but you're tired of counting calories and macros, keep reading ⬇️

📣You don't have to count, measure, and weigh everything to be successful.

Take my client, let's call her Alyssa for privacy purposes.

Alyssa was able to eliminate her reflux and dropped 26lbs in the 3 months we worked together. 🤯

She Gained back her confidence, energy, and best of all her trust in her own body.💪

She is so grateful, but I am EXTREMELY grateful to her and all of you for the follow, support, and trust!🩷

Some ideas to make this easier⤵️ 1️⃣ Try Some ideas to make this easier⤵️

1️⃣ Try planning what you will eat for the week on a Sunday or whatever day works for your family.

2️⃣ If you have a picky eater, let them pick a day or 2 of the meals and let them know ahead of time you'd like they to at least TRY the other foods.

3️⃣ Try including a carbohydrate, protein, and vegetable with dinners. This doesn't have to be complicated!

4️⃣ If you know there is a night that you can not cook or won't all be home to eat together, try to make sure that at least YOU have something you feel good about eating even if everyone else is getting take out.

5️⃣ You don't have a surplus of unlimited energy, so order out when you need to, frozen meals are OK on occasion also.

Remember what you do every so often does NOT determine your health outcomes.

Give yourself a break when you need to with a "picnic" style meal or what we call Mish mosh where the kids pick a protein, vegetable and carb of their choosing and we make a quick picnic out of it!
